Made this
Vogue 8679 top for Judy for work. Not sure if she'll like it but Sharon likes it so it will have a home. It was quick and easy and I was pleased with it. I added 1" length in the body and 3" to the bottom. I'll add a picture of Judy in it if I see her anytime soon.
I used the coverstitch for neck, sleeves and hem. I use steam a seam lite first then coverstitch hems. It works so nice. And a picture of Huckleberry just for good measure.
I just got a cover stitch fairly recently. What a time and frustration saver! Shirt looks good.
ReplyDeleteI like this pattern and how the gathers on the front neckline are not in the center, but on the "corners". Very nice!

That's very pretty. Feminine, and will look terrific with black or white bottoms.
